We are aware that tasting the local food is an important part for our guests to make their stay even more pleasant and to immerse themselves in the local culture and traditions. Therefore we offer the typical cuisine of the Dolomites in our hotel restaurant which is taken care of by our family members. The careful selection and the excellent quality of our ingredients are especially important for us. We receive most of the ingredients from local producers in the Belluno region but of course we don’t neglect the classic dishes of the continental cuisine and consider the particular needs of children and guests with food allergies. We are particularly keen in the preparation of homemade sweets and desserts.
- For an energetic start into the day we offer a generous buffet with sweet and salty food and of course coffee, tea, milk, yogurt and fruit juices.
- For lunch and dinner we use to start with a salad buffet open during the whole meal followed by a starter and the main dish with side dishes rounded up by a selection of different desserts.
- During the whole day and after dinner you can also relax at the hotel bar to have a tea, hot chocolate, coffee or aperitif.
